An easy and interesting pasta version recipe prepared with macaroni in a unique pasta sauce. It makes a perfect filling meal for the most important morning breakfast meal. It is usually prepared with basic ingredients like tomato and basil relish.
Also, some more additional tips, suggestions and variants related to macaroni and cheese recipe. Firstly, the sauce prepared here with Desi Touch can be used for any type of pasta. Basically, the sauce is ideal for macaroni pasta, but it should not be limited to other types of pasta variants. For the second part, I have added mozzarella cheese which makes it a perfect combo for this recipe.
However, you can add processed cheese or any type of cheese as per your taste. Finally, the sauce tends to thicken after letting it rest, mainly due to the cheese. So it is always best to serve it immediately after it is prepared. Otherwise, you may have to reheat it to get it to the right consistency.
 
INGREDIENTS:
·         For the pasta sauce:
·         Oil – 2 tsp
·         Butter – 1 tablespoon
·         Garlic – 2 (finely chopped)
·         Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
·         Onion – 1/2 (finely chopped)
·         Tomato Puree – 1½ cups
·         Chilli powder – ½ tsp
·         Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
·         Salt – ½ tsp
·         Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
·         Water – ½ cup
·         Milk – ½ cup
·         Processed cheese – ¼ cup
·         Mozzarella Cheese – ½ cup
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. First, in a pan heat 2 tsp oil, 1 tbsp butter, 2 cloves of garlic and ½ tsp chilli flakes.
2. Fry until the spices become aromatic.
3. Add ½ onion and fry until the onion shrinks slightly.
4. Also, add 1½ cups tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
5. Also add ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp tomato sauce.
6. Mix well makes sure everything is well combined.
7. Add ½ cup water, ½ cup milk and mix well.
8. Now to cook the pasta, take water and 1 teaspoon salt in a large vessel.
9. Once the water comes to a boil, add 1½ cups macaroni pasta.
10. Boil for 8 minutes.
11. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water and add to the prepared sauce.
12. Add ¼ cup processed cheese and ½ cup mozzarella cheese and Cook until the cheese is completely melted.
13. Finally, mix well and enjoy hot macaroni and cheese recipe.

·         Firstly, make sure to add generous amount of cheese to make the pasta cheesy and tasty. 
·         Additionally, you can add vegetables to make the pasta colorful and nutritious.
·         Additionally, you can use store-bought pasta sauce to reduce cooking time.
