We all like Paneer vegetable very much. We make many types of paneer curry and the taste of all is different and excellent from each other. Paneer curry is a very tasty, very creamy and rich dish in which spices are used in very less quantity. Dishes made from paneer are definitely served on special occasions. It has a delicious taste like Paneer Pasanda. If you want to serve something special this time, prepare this recipe.
 
INGREDIENTS :
Minutes - 30 - 40
Serving - 3 - 4 People 
Gram Paneer – 300 (cut into triangular pieces)
Onion – cut into 2 pieces
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Cloves – 4
Bay leaf - 2
Green cardamom – 3 - 4
Green coriander leaves paste – 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 2 teaspoons 
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Malai (cream) – 1/2 cup 
Garlic cloves – 5 peeled
Ginger piece – 1/2 inch  
Green chillies chopped – as required
 
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. First of all, put onion, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, cardamom, green chilli, ginger, garlic clove, water and salt in a vessel and keep it for boiling.
Also crush the remaining pieces of paneer, add green coriander leaves paste, chopped cashews and prepare a stuffing.
 
2. Now fill the stuffing in the paneer pieces and cover it with the other paneer. Now make 2 tablespoons of flour/corn flour solution and keep the oil to heat. Now dip the stuffed paneer in the flour solution and Coat it with flour and put it in hot oil and fry it lightly. Similarly fry all the stuffing and paneer.
 
3. Meanwhile, our onion mix spices will cool down, make a smooth paste from it.
Now again add another spoon of oil in a pan and heat it. Then add bay leaves and big cardamom to the oil. When the bay leaves change color, add onion, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and cook for a few seconds on medium flame.
When the color of onion becomes golden, add tomato puree to it and cook.
Cook the tomatoes until oil starts separating from it.
 
4. Now add red chilli, turmeric, garam masala, coriander, cumin powder and salt to the gravy and mix. Cook it for one minute.
After this, add 2 cups of water to the gravy and let it boil for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Then add kastoori methi and cheese pieces in the gravy, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
 
5. Now add cream to the cheese, mix and let it cook for 2 minutes and turn off the flame.
- Paneer Pasanda is ready. Garnish it with grated cheese and green coriander leaves/cream and serve it with roti or naan.
